Responsibilities:

• Open, Follow-up and Close Sales
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and e-mail, assist potential customers during their evaluation process, create quotes and help setup new customer accounts
• Maintain strong hands-on knowledge of business and technical solutions offered by Vidizmo
• Act as a Trusted Advisor to Vidzimo Prospects and Customers by providing solutions to their business or technical problems with the help of team members
• Collect and analyze pre-demo scoping information
• Able to deliver superb demos including key features and benefits, product offerings, differentiation, and competitive positioning

Be able to address the majority of technical questions concerning customization, integration, and general feature / functionality of our product
• Know where to escalate within the organization and make effective use of those resources
• Demonstrate knowledge of competitor's products and be able to successfully demonstrate edge against the competition
• Support field marketing events over the phone (trade shows, conferences, demos) as assigned
• Provide timely and complete customer-based feedback to Product Management, Sales, Support and/or Development regarding customer requirements
• Document and track all activity through Microsoft CRM, including lead/prospect data entry, detailed activity reports, setting tasks for follow-up
• Prepare and perform appropriate follow-up communications, sending of marketing and collateral materials to prospective clients
• Consistently improve personal product knowledge, industry knowledge and communication skills
• Contribute in Lead Generation Activities





Required Skills

• 3-5 years as a Technical Sales and Account Management , ideally for eLearning solutions or Rich Media Platform

Preferably BS, BE, BBA, MBA with Technical background, passion about technology and internet savvy

· Engineering Degree with a minimum of 10 years experience in Project Management.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE & JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
· Operates as a part of team of Engineers in the coordination of resources in order to ensure that the construction meets all contracted requirements in the most effective and efficient manner. Senior Project Engineers may be deployed on a number of projects at any time or be appointed to manage smaller projects.
· Assist the Project Manager in providing commercial and technical input for the contracts department at the estimation stage.
· Review all contract documentation to assess feasibility of construction, identify any potential areas of difficulty and take note of any variations required in the construction.
· Participate in the development and review of the project planning process and create a schedule, which is in line with the project requirements including establishing the sequence and duration of activities.
· Generate TDR (Technical Document Register) as a level 4 schedule and ensure that all relevant data required for construction is contained in it. Monitor the issue of drawings as per the forecast dates mentioned in the TDR, identify any discrepancies and bring it to the attention of the Lead Engineer. Take corrective actions wherever required in the case of missing data from either the client or vendor.
· Review Engineering drawings, documents and deliverables relating to area of functional responsibility to assess constructability and consistency with contract requirements. Prepare and issue purchase requests for materials and consumables.
· Prepare and review project specific and other procedures to ensure comprehensive cover of all project activities as per the contract requirements.
· Coordinate all project related activities with other departments and sections to ensure effective integration of tasks and minimize potential delays.
· Participate in the finalization of work to be outsourced to sub contractors including bid evaluation and terms of contract. Monitor the performance of the sub contractor once the contract has been awarded.
· Monitor the progress of the project as per the project plan and against the client’s requirements and take corrective action whenever required.
· Follow up with clients on approvals and instructions, attend client meetings and liaise with client on all issues of the project deliverables.
· Monitor and review the receipt of vendor deliverables including compliance with vendor specifications and ensure that all equipment is delivered within the procurement plan.
· Participate in the project activity report preparation and verify all data to ensure that it is accurate and accurately reflects the status of the project.
· Ensure the availability of necessary resources for the smooth execution of the project.
· Coordinate with relevant certification agencies for the endorsement of regulated activities.
· Participate in the preparation of all final documentation during the closure of the project.
· Participate in the formal review of the project post completion to identify areas for improvement.
· Perform related duties as and when directed by Direct Supervisor.

· Assist in review of Construction offers received from various subcontractors and estimate cost for Project Support which includes Engineering, procurement Services, Office Facilities, Site Facilities, Travel, Expediting Costs, Inspection Costs, Vendor Rep Costs and other third party service costs
· Prepare and compile a Risk Register wherein various risk elements of the project are listed and update the risk mitigation strategy for each risk element in consultation with Proposals Manager and discipline engineers
· Review of project Schedule and cost estimates to be submitted along with Bid
· Prepare technical and commercial proposals as per client requirement with respect to project execution plans, organization charts job specific technical write ups, bank guarantees, commercial and technical qualifications and prepare responses to the client post bid queries.
· Perform any other related duties and responsibilities as required by the reporting manager
· Responsible for the capture of all relevant information required for the proposal from various departments and generate the final proposal in line with the organization and the clients needs. Cost/Delivery impact situations are reviewed by the supervisor.
